Austin Johnson Cutting Horses is located in Overbrook, Oklahoma.  Along with a solid 2YO program he is continuing to build up his show string and has been a consistent finalists at many of the Aged Events recently. Now accepting select outside horses. Austin proudly worked for Lloyd Cox Cutting Horses for 5 years as assistant trainer. Following that he was the assistant trainer for Bobby Lewis Quarter Horses for 6 years. With much experience in and out of the show pen Austin competes at many of the Major Limited Aged Events as well as on the weekend level in the Open and Limited Open Divisions.

2024 • Abilene Spectacular 5/6-Year-Old Open $200K Rollback Finalist.

2023 • Multiple Open, Intermediate Open, Limited Open, and Mid-Level Open Championships, Reserve Championships, and finalist finishes across major events including Cotton Stakes Classic, West Texas Futurity, Breeders Invitational, NCHA Super Stakes, Arbuckle Mountain Futurity, and Abilene Spectacular, highlighted by multiple division championships and consistent top-level aged event performances.

2022 • Multiple Open and Limited Open finalist finishes and championships at the NCHA Futurity, Brazos Bash, West Texas Futurity, Breeders Invitational, NCHA Super Stakes, Arbuckle Mountain Futurity, Ike Derby & Classic, and Abilene Spectacular, including a West Texas Futurity 5/6-Year-Old Limited Open Championship and multiple Reserve Champion finishes.

2021 • Multiple Open, Intermediate Open, and Limited Open Championships and finalist finishes at Brazos Bash, PCCHA Futurity, West Texas Futurity, Metallic Cat Summer Spectacular, PCCHA Derby, Cattlemen’s Derby & Classic, Arbuckle Mountain Futurity, The Ike, and Abilene Spectacular, highlighted by Chrome Cash Intermediate Open Championship and multiple Derby/Classic wins and reserves.

2020 • Major Open-level success including a Brazos Bash Futurity Open Championship, Southern Futurity Limited Open Championship and Reserve Championship, West Texas Futurity 3-Year-Old Reserve Champion, and multiple Top 3 finishes at Cotton Stakes Open divisions.
