Performance Series: Kidney Pads - 1" Poron Kidney with Felt Bottom

Engineered Without Compromise.

Our 1" Poron® XRD F10 Felt Pad represents the pinnacle of equine protection, perfectly embodying our commitment to creating "The Very Best" - without compromise.

Poron® XRD is a scientifically engineered material designed for superior impact protection. Unlike traditional foams, Poron XRD remains flexible during normal use but instantly absorbs energy upon impact, providing a higher level of shock absorption than regular foam. While specific percentages can vary by use and testing conditions, Poron XRD is known to absorb up to 90% of impact energy, making it one of the most advanced materials available for protection. This technology offers the ultimate protection without adding unnecessary bulk, ensuring that the pad maintains a low profile to avoid interference with saddle fit.

Premium F10 Felt Bottom Option:

We pair the Poron XRD Kidney Pad with the finest F10 Felt, an industry-leading wool felt known for its durability and performance. Unlike lower-grade felts, which quickly compress and lose effectiveness, F10 Felt maintains its structural integrity over time, providing lasting protection and comfort. With a compression rating of 8.0 PSI and tensile strength of 225 PSI, F10 Felt outperforms other materials in durability and pressure distribution. This superior wool felt naturally wicks moisture away from your horse's back while providing a smooth, friction-free surface that prevents slippage without restricting natural movement. The dense fiber matrix ensures even weight distribution, reducing pressure points and enhancing comfort for your horse during extended rides.

Key Features:

• Poron® XRD Technology: Advanced molecular protection absorbs up to 90% of impact energy.
• F10 Felt Bottom: 8.0 PSI compression rating and 225 PSI tensile strength for superior durability and weight distribution.
• Unparalleled Protection: Designed for both comfort and protection without compromising on performance.

Every element of our kidney pads is selected with performance in mind, from the Poron XRD to the exceptional felt or fleece options.

We believe your horse deserves only the best, and we stand by our commitment to offering uncompromising quality with every product we make.
