Big Jake is a local horse some freinds of mine raised from a weanling. Ridden off and on as a two/three year old. Four year old year he was sent to a trainer where he roped the hot heels and was started on barrels by a 12 year old girl. He just returned from the week long trail ride at Emminence, Mo. Kids, dogs, 4-wheelers, people, parties, all the above at Emminence ! Crosses water, logs, whatever. He was belly deep crossing a fast moving river, no problem. Been on several overnight campouts. Some had stalls, some a high line, some a hitch rail. He will stand tied all day, or night. Stands great for the farrier. Loads great. 100% sound. A full brother to him is a friend on mines go to horse. Big Jake is a big, strong, forward moving gelding. Over the years these geldings with this bloodline have been incredibly tough.
