The Professional Choice Hock Ice Boots have neoprene exterior that insulated the frozen gel pickets to keep the boot colder for much longer. With a smooth nylon lining that eliminates tjhe potential for damaing tissue from exposing the skin directly to ice, while also preventing dirt and debris from sticking to the inside of the boot. It uses hok and loop straps with elastic to allow for a custom fit and to keep the boot in place.

To activate just place boots in freezer until frozen, we the leg and boot before applying to help maxamize cold therapy. The recommended use time is 20 minutes. This is sold in pairs and is one size.
