Originally from Oklahoma, Chance Kelley relocated to Fairfield, VA in 2023. 

Chance has been immersed in the equine and rodeo industries since childhood, growing up on his family's American Quarter Horse breeding operation. He rode competitively in the ACRA, IPRA, and PRCA, riding bareback bucking horses and team roping. In 2017, Chance began working for various cutting horse trainers, working on ranches throughout the South-West, and learning the traditional Cow Horse methods. 

In late 2019, Chance started his own training program, focusing on high-caliber rope & cow horses, as well as starting colts in various disciplines. Since moving to Virginia, Chance has grown his program and now competes in ARHA, Roping, and Cow Horse events across the Southeast.
