SJR Diamond Icon is a 2017 gelding by CD Diamond. Standing at 15.2 hands, “Icon” is an athletic, flashy bay gelding that attracts attention everywhere we go. Trained by Matt Koch, and shown in both Versatility and NRCHA shows, Icon found success in the show pen early in his career making the 2022 Open Hackamore Finals at the NRCHA Celebration of Champions. He is consistent and dependable, regardless of what you ask of him. He’s as skilled taking a cow down the fence as he is heading a steer or completing a fault-free Trail or Ranch Riding pattern in a Versatility show.
As a member of the Texas Tech Ranch Horse Team, Icon has been my “go-to” horse and has garnered compliments wherever we’ve gone. As I prepare to graduate from college in May, I’ve made the decision to sell Icon to prepare for my next chapter in life. He is a one-of-a-kind horse with a pleasing personality, a huge work ethic and a bright future ahead!
